As with many factory supercharged vehicles, the original equipment supercharger can benefit from being replaced with a newer, improved unit. In this case we need only look to the newer 2020 Shelby GT500 to find a great upgrade offering. By changing the supercharger to the newer TVS unit found on the 2020 GT500, produced by VMP, you increase airflow and boost from the supercharger, while generating less heat, which adds tremendous gains in both torque and horsepower when matched with our calibration changes, and other upgraded components.
