Description
This Livernois Motorsports crankshaft scraper kit was designed here in-house by our engineers, to free up horsepower that is being consumed and lost due to friction caused by oil hitting the rotating assembly. The kit is meant to be a direct bolt in with no special tools or work required. The scraper is custom fitted and formed to the exact shape of the rotating crankshaft and connecting rods. It is designed to fit with minimal space between the moving parts and the scraping edge. This is to maximize the effectiveness of the unit.
This kit includes the Windage Tray (part # LPP701129), as well as all necessary attaching hardware. There are drain return slots cut into the perimeter of the unit which are intended to allow oil to return to the pan with minimal interference with the moving parts. There is also a provision for the factory dipstick tube. This kit is for most iron or Romeo blocks.
For Aluminum or 3V blocks, use kit # LPP701140.
Both versions are designed to work with our own Livernois Motorsports drainback kit, (part number): LPP701131.

Livernois Motorsports Ford crankshaft scraper kit, designed here in-house by our engineers. This scraper kit is only for the Iron Romeo blocks and is complete with two factory Ford oil pan gaskets and bolts for both stamped steel oil pans pans and most aftermarket aluminum billet rail oil pans.
