11-14 5.0L COYOTE CAM TIMING CONTROL KIT

Livernois Motorsports & Engineering is proud to announce the expansion of our adjustable camshaft timing kit to the 2011-2014 Ford Coyote 5.0L family of engines. The Livernois adjustable cam phaser uses a revolutionary design that incorporates a series of billet degree plates that incorporate locking teeth running the full perimeter of the gear face. These plates attach to the front of the factory cam phaser and lock together into a solid unit. With 360 degrees worth of interlocking teeth the unit is exceptionally strong and can handle much higher torsional loads than systems that rely solely on the clamping force of the fasteners to hold the cams from moving. Our system allows for up to 24 degrees of total camshaft movement, made simply by loosening the 3 camshaft bolts allowing the plates to separate, clocking the cam to the appropriate notch in the plates, and then re-tightening the cam bolts. Offering superior strength and simplistic adjustability allows for precise, trouble free operation. Also included with this system is our Billet VCT Solenoid Block Off Plugs for the OEM Cam Cover. This finishing touch allows for a much cleaner look, while removing the unnecessary bulk and complexity of the solenoid.
